We analyze your movement and posture to see where things are breaking down. Your gait pattern is particularly useful in identifying what we need to work on.
We implement a system based approach to repatterning your movement through regular individualized training sessions as well as homework that we establish together.
Then, in an iterative and interactive process, we test those ideas through training, identifying what input your body needs to thrive within each session and between sessions.
Everett has been a movement trainer, mindset coach and bodyworker for over twelve years and is committed to helping people feel amazing in their bodies, reconnecting fully and freely with their lives. As a Functional Patterns Human Biomechanics Specialist, Everett focuses on cultivating the regenerative foundations of human movement and behavior to resolve the root cause of pain and fatigue.
Nick has been a coach and teacher for over two decades and is a Level 3 Functional Patterns Human Biomechanics Specialist. Having trained in everything from CrossFit to yoga, he has a passion for helping people avoid the pitfalls he went through navigating the world of “modern training”, and helping them instead find an intelligent path toward body optimization.
